Dear Sir / Madam, It is with deep regrets that I have to bring to your notice absolute lack of service in your branch. There are always long queues to collect or deposit cash. While the customers are waiting and additional queues piling on, you staff is busy, generally seen having tea and samosas or gossiping. Their lethargic and callous attitude adds to the delay. We request you to take requisite steps to ensure speedy disbursement of cheques or cash and hence increase the efficiency of your service. It would save air of our valuable time.

Dear Deena

This could be a branch specific issue and mailing your concern may not be very effective and yield immediate results. I suggest you to walk to the Branch Manager, inform him the state of affairs, which are in bad taste and advise him for immediate remedial measures.  The BM should be shown the reality, which is outside his cabin.  Believe me, this would be in the larger interest of all the customers of the branch of SBI.

As regards deficiency in the customer service, you will have to escalate the matter to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website.
