Non receipt of Pension in my account ?

This is to inform that I, Ex JWO Pramesh Kumar ( PPO No. 08/14/B/10991/2012)having my pension account in your bank Air Force Statiom Sarsawa branch Further I would like to inform that my pension for the month of Jan & Feb 2017 is not credited in my account till date. I have submitted my life certificate in New Town Bengaluru Branch on 12 Jan 2017.Sir kindly look into the matter and let me know the reason for the same so that if any requirement from my end, I will try to fulfill it.I have send e mail to the bank branch email ID but got no response.
