Frm last 1 year I am unable to do a single transaction frm my accnt,,, I have submitted my documents many times, meet with the manager but nothing happen,,,they dont even tell me the reason what's going on ,,,,,,several times I called in bank, left mails for thm, but they dont replied my any mail,

Hi Swati,

The information shared by you is not sufficient to surmise the possible reasons for blocking of transactions in your account by your bank. The bank is duty bound to intimate the reasons for not allowing you to operate your account. It is your right to know and the bank cannot deny this.

Since you have done sufficient follow up with your bank to get clarification and sort out the matter, you must now escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman to get a resolution. This is the easiest and most effective step. For guidelines in this regard, please visit the website of Banking Ombudsman.
