An amount of Rs 920/- has been debited from my account twice?

It's been a nightmare since I have been used your Bank card on my SWIPE PURCHASE AT Navigator show room Chennai, on 26 June 2016. An amount of Rs 920/- has been debited from my account twice. Regarding this I have been visited my Branch almost 10 times. And complaint also filed on various occasion. Hence I didn't got any solutions from your side. I didn't got my refund yet. I also submitted a statement of Navigator Show room their it shows it was debited once. I have been spoke to Branch manager for 10 times he is telling me he is not an authorized person to make a refund. Hence its a CARD PURCHASE which made outside the bank he is not responsible. Said by Manager.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Firstly, I regret the delay in responding your complaint. In the meanwhile, I trust that  your complaint stands resolved. If not, please take with the Nodal Officer of the bank providing complete details and narrating the sequence events. Since you have already complained, the bank cannot escape liability and responsibility for getting charge back and reinstating the amount to your account. 

Contact details of Nodal Officer of your bank can be found on the bank's website. 

In case you do not get desired response, you may bring the issue to notice of the Banking Ombudsman, 15 days after the date of your complaint to Nodal Officer.  For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
