ATM responds with error code 72 but amount has been deducted from my account.?

Time of Issue : 19:45 (appox ) 01 Jan 2016 I tried to withdraw Rs.6000/- from ATM ID- S1CW3839 at Bommanahalli, Banaglore. It returned an error code 72, but the amount has been deducted from my account Name : Abinash S Card Num : 4221 3XXX 21XX 3466 I am very vexed by this, checked banks website for a 24x7 support number, but there wasn't one. Appreciate any help in refund of my money. Regards, Abinash

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. Do handover a written request to your bank's home branch and ask for refund.  In case, positive response is not being received, may complain to the senior management of the bank.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
