Bad and frustrating service,employees don't have knowledge about their job?

This bank open my account in 3 months their rules are out my sense, 1st they tell your account will take 5 minutes in opening and then it will open in 3 months. and it again happening and this time it is my debit card.they tell your card will come to you in 15 days but now it is over a month and they only one answer wait wait.please take strict action against it

Dear Sumit,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Such inordinate delay in opening of accounts and issuing debit card reflect poorly on the customer service standards prevailing at the bank. Worse, the insensitivity in resolving the matter in a prompt manner. This is an unfortunate reality with many banks.

I would suggest you to bring the issue to notice of the Nodal Officer of the bank. Though  you have suffered bringing the issue to higher authorities would enable to review and strengthen their internal processes to avoid such complaints in future.

Please write a suitable letter to Nodal Officer narrating your experience and exasperation. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
