ISA Classic International Debit Card?

I have received my debit card numbered 4505*******4237. I have my PIN, everything. I have been fortunately able to register for PAYPAL, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform too. However, I am unable to register for the Verified by Visa. The error says that my email ID and phone number aren't available with the branch. But I have netbanking account, and all the details are there with the branch. Even the customer care is unable to resolve the problem, and all I got so far is the "procedure" which I didn't want, as I have, I guess, tried the procedure for more than 100 times now.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards your complaint, your bank is duty bound to address. It cannot limit itself to explaining a procedure. As you have not received satisfactory resolution I suggest you to escalate your complaint to the next level. Say the Nodal Officer of the Bank. You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on the bank's website. I am sure the NO would intervene and get your issues sorted out. In case the issue remains unresolved even after a month, you may write to the Banking Ombudsman narrating your experience and pointing out the deficiencies at the bank's end.
