Regarding using my Debit card for online transactions.?

I am trying to use my debit card for online shopping but whwnever i go to payment gateway its say transaction declined plz contact bank.although i tried to call contact center but they didnt help me .seriously its very frustrating.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Firstly I regret the delay in responding your mail. I don't see any reason for declining online transaction attempted through your debit card if the card is otherwise active and you have been using it for ATM withdrawals or POS transactions. Still, if what you have stated is correct, please visit your home branch (that is where you maintain your savings bank account from where you received the debit card) and explain the situation for appropriate guidance. If you are currently operating far away from your home branch, you can visit the nearest branch of your bank. You will surely receive necessary help and guidance in the matter.
