Money has been deducted twice but transaction was successful only once?

Money was deducted twice but transaction was successful only once and goibibo is claiming it's Bank's fault and Indian Bank is claiming it's goibibo's fault.I booked a flight and the first time it didn't get book but money was deducted. Now Bank is stating money has been deducted and taken by the agent whereas goibibo is stating it has been dropped.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Do obtain a statement of your account from the bank, wherein the two deductions towards goibigo depicted and furnish it to goibibo and seek reversal.  Since they claimed that one transaction was dropped, your statement would prove to them that the money was indeed received by them.  Based on their response, you may further take it up with the bank, if there was some technical problem from their side.
