I am account holder of your bank and has asked my mother to withdraw cash for me, she has used bank ATM for the withdrawal for INR 5000, as was deposited in bank machine. after 24 hours we were informed that 11000 rs note is fake !!!

note was issued from Bank ATM located at Hindutan naka, Kandivali west branch on dated 5/11/2015, time 05.28.13 evening 

kindly help and advice with further solution

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with your home /or/ any nearby branch of your bank and give them the details in writing and obtain a proper acknowledgement.  Request them for ensuring exchange of the note, which you withdrew from their Bank ATM (trust, my assumption is correct).  In case the branch response is not satisfactory, you may take it up further with their senior management by logging into their website.  You may email your complaint to the Bank's Nodal / Grievance Redressal Officer.
