Sir, I have requested ppo copy of pf  ram saran ram, but still not provided.i retired on 31-08-2015 from b/o kabirchaura varanasi-as accountant and my pension paying branch is Lahartara varanasi- my complaint status update I'd is 1350465 dtd.10-08-2016. I again request sir, kindly provide me copy of ppo.

Dear Ram Saran,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards your complaint, frankly I don't have an idea with regard to its resolution. One, this does not pertain to financial services. Further there is no clarity with regard to  your employer. You may take up with your employer first and be guided by their advice in the matter.

In case your employer tells you to follow up with your bank, please do not hesitate to approach the branch-in-charge or the 2nd in command at the branch. I am sure you will find them helpful. If not, you may write to Nodal Officer of the bank for resolution. You can send a mail or a letter. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
