Outstanding Payments?

I have been using Gold & More Credit Card bearing  Its validity is up to 4/17. I am not getting outstanding details of purchases made through this card on a regular monthly basis. The last date of making payment is 24th of every month. Till date I have not received any message for this month's payment. Kindly SMS the total amount so that I can make payment intime. Whenever payment of more than 10000/- is to be made, Your Bank does not send SMS. As I want to avoid late payment charges and any interest on the outstanding amount, Kindly send SMS of outstandings immediately.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I presume by now the issue raised by you stands sorted out. It would be appropriate if you seek guidance on such issues calling Customer Service Centre (Phone Banking Centre) of the bank. Generally, all banks send SMS notification with regard to credit card dues well before the due date. If you have availed internet banking services you can also access all card related information on your own.
