Internet Banking : Invalid username or password?

I opened an bank account 3 weeks ago, they gave me the welcome kit and told that I'll be able to access to Internet Banking within 24 hours. But Whenever I'm trying to login it is showing "invalid username or password" I contacted branch and customer care also but my problem has not been resolved yet. I need to access internet banking urgently for some transaction.

Dear Siddharth,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I presume by now the issue raised by you stands sorted out. If not, you may contact the call centre (phone banking centre) of your bank to seek guidance for accessing internet banking. They will update you on the current status of your internet banking activation.

If you are not getting the desired response, you may escalate your complaint to Nodal Officer of the bank for resolution. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. Customer service contact details would also be available on the site.
