Sir, I on behalf of submitted application form for neet 2 2016 vide Reg. No. 6013169 on 30/05/2016 and payment of fees of Rs. 1400 + bank charges -/- was made from my master card debit card number 5196 of Tanur, malappuram district kerala state branch using online sbi net banking on 30/05/2016 at Transaction but no cofirmation page have yet been generated by AIPMT with a plea that payment not completed . On attempt for re-payment shows a message as "A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed." Please check it and resolve the matter early as matter examination urgent and oblige. Thanking you

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Firstly, I regret the delay in responding your query.

As regards your query, I trust by now your payment would have been accounted for and your application under NEET would have been processed in the normal course. The non generation of receipt during the course of  the online transaction could be due to technical error.  In case, your application submitted online and payment made have not been taken on board by the authority concerned due to any technical or non technical error attributed to the payment gateway you can take up the matter with the Nodal Officer of your Bank sending an email or surface mail. Contact details of the Nodal Officer can be found on the Bank's website.
