Annual fees charged twice... For credit card?

I'm credit card owner. Thay have charged me twice the annual fees in a bills statement of 15th march, 2016 & 15th April, 2016. Though, i had already done payment in April according to the March billing statement. With respect to that i had call with their customer care center on 18th April with ref. and had discussion with their executive. As per discussion she assured me that it will not repeat again and I'll get the message about reversal of transaction. But it didn't happen so far. Also i have not received any message context to the above said matter. Again, i have received sms for payment of April billing statement, stating to pay Annul fee. Hence, i tried to reach again to their customer care and had discussion with executive with Ref. no. 1-642 and according to her i have to make payment for minimum amount to avoid late fee charges. Now, i need an explanation that why should i pay this amount as i has already paid the annul fees. Also, i need written communication from credit card department that this incident will not repeat in future.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As you have categorically mentioned that you have made the payment of annual fees, in such situation kindly attach the proof of payment and also declining to make the minimum payment demanded with all the communication you had with Cards department  by letter with copy marked to the branch where you are maintaining the account for redressal. Still if you do not get the response please approach the Nodal officer of the respective Bank where we are sure you will get the reply.
