My request for cheque book is date 11-03-16 but not recived me cheque book todey whats a problem and not ans. me customer care and not submit my complaint . i have my cheque book tomorrow becouse urgent me plisew replay meand then branch for raver for jalgoan dist. manager not respoding me and all wes not to me correct ans anyone purson plise my problem solv .

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

My apologies for this delayed response.

I believe that by now you would have received cheque book and your complaint resolved by the bank. In case, the matter is still not sorted out there can be some issues which you can understand and get it resolved by meeting with the branch manager. Accordingly, I suggest you to pay a visit to your branch and meet with the manager.

If the matter is not sorted out and if you feel you have not received a fair treatment as a customer, you may write to Nodal Officer of your bank providing complete details. You can send a email or a letter. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. I am sure you will he heard and grievance addressed
