Delaying new account opening by making excuses or not answering or bad interaction?

After 5-6 rounds of bank on 16 Feb 2016 anyhow, when I had subbmitted the new account form to your bank sadhna nagar Indore branch service manager he said come after 3-4 not more info, just few words, but when I went to the bank 20/02/16 they again said come after 2-3 days, when today 23/02/16 again I went to bank they said same thing with bad interaction.

If you feel that branch is not cooperating and opening the account inspite of completion of all formalities, may bring your grievance to the notice of the Nodal Officer of the bank, whose details can be found on website.  If the Nodal Officer too is not responding, may further complain online to the Banking Ombudsman.  For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
