Not response properly from branch manager of your branch r.K puram sector-4 delhi?

My debit card has been expire so i blocked my debit card And go to branch in r.k puram sector-4 new delhi, manager not give me positive response, he said we have no debit card then i say to him pls give me any solution for this problem but he not give me any response, not tell me any process for new debit cared..Even his not talking with costumer care through me, he will say that do nothing from here, i am not satisfied from your staff.

Hi Sanoria,

At the outset please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

From what you have mentioned, we can consider it as a case service deficiency. Please submit a written application at your branch seeking for a renewed Debit card. If the branch does not entertain your application, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman within your jurisdiction (either through letter or email), whose website is https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
