They are not following the atm rules?

I am account holder, at 8 december i went to other banks atm to withdraw money, i withdraw some amount and left but when i reach home another transaction has done from same atm but that was not in my knowledge, i thought some one has accessed my account without pin and card, it this possible to withdarw amount before putiin pin in atm, because as i know account holder neet to put pin for every transaction even single session. but its happened i want you to take action such banks regards r

This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You are right that without use of ATM card and PIN no transaction through ATM is possible.It is not clear that what makes you think that someone else had accessed your account. Did you receive any SMS alert? Was there any proof of financial or non financial transaction? In the absence of such proof your complaint has no merti.
