I have applied 11 days back for Personal Loans. Executive and CRM said that Loan will be disbursed before Diwali and maximum 7 Days. 
I Have completed all the formalities and Verification and loan approved but not disbursed yet.

Dear Rashid

Kindly check your sanction letter whether any date or time has been mentioned so that you can hold them responsible for delay in the loan disbursal. If it is not there you will have to write to their seniors or meet them personally to know the delay. In all probability there may be some requirement left out which you need to fulfill please check.
