Duplicate or fake material send me and not call back when i complaint.?

My name is Shyam Rane I buy 2 nos of sony 10000mAH power banks from ebay.in ( 798 Rs ). I received very cheap and duplicate material. so i want my money back immediately, company is late respond and very casual answered me. please help me to money back Give us more information to what process i apply. i contacted to ebay and seller both not replied my answer.

Dear Shyam

If cheap and duplicate material is sent to you by eBay, your Bank would not be responsible for that.  You are required to take it up with eBay guys and if they are not responding, try filing an FIR with EOW / Cyber Crime Authorities.  Bank only facilitates your online payment to the vendor.
