I am ASHISH SAIGAL having saving acc in SULTANPUR KAROUNDIYA branch . I register a cmplaint against  Bank Employee He misbehave with me in the branch and talk in very rude language.. but till now I have not got any revert from your side Or any action taken. Kindly take strict action and bring change in above problem otherwise it will be a big loss for your bank..

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The issue seems to be personal and behavioral and specific to the particular branch.  You should demand and be speaking to the Branch Head / Manager for an immediate resolution, because no bank official can behave / talk rudely to the customers.  This sort of matters should get resolved within the branch, by talking to the senior/higher officials.
